We will always do our best to assist our customers, however we are unable guarantee that we can cancel or make amendments to online orders after your order is placed or processed. This includes change of product, sizes, shipping details or cancellation of an order.

Please choose carefully when placing an order and take care to ensure you’re provided shipping details that are full and correct at the time of order placement.


We want you to love your FLANNO purchase and we work hard to ensure our products look good, are great quality and are made to last. All FLANNO product lines undergo quality testing before we ship to our customers.

In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your product, your product comes with a guarantee in line with Australian Consumer Law. If there are any minor defects with your FLANNO product, we will repair, replace or refund your product in a reasonable time frame depending on the nature of the defect. If there is a major defect with your FLANNO product, you may choose a replacement or refund.

FLANNOs are a pretty tough shirt, however they don’t like hot irons, bleach or being ripped of the Hills Hoist by the dog. FLANNO products that have been damaged because washing instructions weren’t followed or an event that isn’t due to a product related defect are not covered by our product guarantee.

Products returned under our product guarantee must be returned within a reasonable timeframe and no more than 12 months from the purchase date.

All items must be physically returned by mail with details of the defect and guarantees will be subject to verification of purchase.
